Week in review: 29th Aug - 4th Sept
- Went on an adventure with Dave to a loch near Pitlochry and found some mushrooms.
- Also field mushrooms seem to be coming up everywhere.
- Did a ton of Co-op work for visa sponsorship, Staff & Welfare group processes and proposals, and governance stuff.
- Nice walkies with Lucy.
- Made not-meatballs, spiced fruit cookies and apple oat muffins at the Community Kitchen.
- Made a tasty mixed wild mushroom stroganoff.
- First carrots, and other harvest.
