Week in review: 14th - 20th June
- Took the week off Co-op, and still hardly coping with work.
- Did lots of grouting; started staining bathroom sink cabinet.
- Made flatbreads and boxed up lasagne and stovies in Community Kitchen. My cashew cheese never set, but made great cannelloni filling.
- Pulled up all the flowering bok choy, sewed new seeds, and they sprouted already. Most other things are doing well. Slugs are eating my orchids!! Outside basil is very unhappy.
- Went on a sofa adventure with K, then on our way out of town got distracted by a charity plant sale! Bought two more chilli plants. Went to the amazing Kirkcaldy car boot sale.
- Helped to clean the steps up to the main Dysart bus stop.
- Various gardening, and warm evening walks along the coast.
- H came to visit! We went on adventure to Pittenweem to swim in the sea pool and drink hot chocolate.
- Made almond apricot cake; haggis, neeps and tatties for the family; various food for lots of people; and started a rye with some of the Greenland Summit Station sourdough starter!
