Week in review: 21 - 27 Nov

Continued to bum around feeling unhappy. Even though there are lots of wonderful people here whom I will miss enormously, I'm still itching to leave.
I dropped in on a DIG meeting. Afterwards, talked to Timbl about decentralisation and the future (or not?) of the Web; and listened to an interesting chat between Sandro and David Karger.
I had dinner at the new Cornish Pasty Co place with Liz and Beth.
I skipped out on the final W3C lunch because I was feeling crappy, but wish I hadn't. I did manage to run into Amy vdH, Wendy, Philippe, Dmitri, DanF, Nicola, and others, before the end of the week (which came early due to Thanksgiving) though.
I joined Ilaria's PhD student research group meeting, and ate Ilaria's delicious homemade risotto.
I had my PhD review meeting. Could have been better. I need a better idea of what my final conclusion is, and how to evaluate it.
I had dinner and very interesting conversation with John Klensin at Zhu.
Watched rather a lot of Voyager, Scandal, and Black Mirror.
Hiked in the Blue Hills Reservation.
Saw Doctor Strange
Read some papers..
